Originally from Redding, Connecticut, Samantha Schwear is a junior studying Advertising & Promotion Strategy, Psychology, and Design at the University of Southern California. Raised in a family of advertisers, Samantha has a particular interest in brand strategy and identity, drawing inspiration from her diverse studies. With experience in the field of planning, she has interned at Giant Spoon and 180LA working with clients from a variety of industries including NBC, HP, Disney, Boost Mobile, and University of Pheonix.
Alisha is a junior majoring in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing, and with a double minor in Psychology and Communication Design. For the last three summers she has interned with Procter & Gamble at their global headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio - most recently on the Olay global brand marketing team. On campus, she has been involved with Undergraduate Student Government as the Assistant Director of the Philanthropy Funding Board, Marshall Business Network, and USC's Bollywood Dance Team (Zeher). Upon graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in brand management.
VP of Consulting
Linda grew up in Seattle, Washington, and is a junior majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Advertising. She has previously worked as an intern in Hong Kong at Karla Otto, an international public relations and brand strategy agency. More recently, Linda worked as a Summer Analyst at the USC Office of Globalization in Hong Kong. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring Los Angeles. Upon graduating, she hopes to pursue a career in marketing.
VP of Professional Development
Neil hails from Dayton, Ohio, and currently studies Computational Neuroscience and Neurocinematics at the University of Southern California, with a minor in entrepreneurship. Neil, currently a Junior, comes from a deeply scientific background, having worked in several lab settings over the years. Now involved with the USC Brain and Creativity Institute, USC World Building Media Lab, and the USC Creative Media and Behavioral Health Center, Neil aims to marry the fields of neuroscience, multimedia, and marketing. This past summer, he interned under the CEO of NCLUSIVE, a Creative Agency and Venture Studio in Hollywood, California.
VP of Social Development
A native of Portland, Oregon, Geetha Somayajula is a junior pursuing degrees in both Business Administration and Choral Music. The unique combination of her degrees merges both the creative and analytical, inspiring her interest in pursuing strategy consulting. Geetha’s expertise lies in digital marketing, with experience in digital strategy development at a fashion brand, Sseko Designs, and in financial services, at Houlihan Lokey, a leading global investment bank. In addition to AIM, Geetha serves as an Instructional Assistant in the Accounting department, sings in USC’s Concert Choir, and teaches music lessons to children in the community.
Director of Communications
Megan is from Toronto, Ontario and studies Communication and Business at USC. Megan, currently a junior, has experience with many aspects of marketing both inside and outside of school. In school, she has worked with The Daily Trojan, USG Program Board, and is the KIND Snacks Brand Ambassador. She also worked as an Annenberg Researcher for HBO, exploring new ways for HBO to deepen their fan engagement experiences. This summer, Megan worked at R/GA in New York as a Business Transformation Apprentice, working on consulting projects for clients including Nike, TD, Campbell's Soup, and many others.

Summer Morales is a senior who will be graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Communication Design in the spring of 2017. She spent her summer as a market development intern at Deloitte's Los Angeles office. Summer and 15 other interns across the nation interned through Deloitte's SHINE Internship program, a rotational internship within Deloitte's internal Market Development department. She worked with the Internal Communications team to strategize communication of company-wide news and the Marketplace LA team to determine ways to segment and reach new LA clients. She hopes to continue expanding her experience in marketing after graduation.
Director of Social Development
Daniel is from the San Francisco Bay Area and is currently a Business Administration major and Public Relations minor. Within the USC community, Daniel does his best to fully immerse himself in a diverse array of organizations. He is an Undergraduate Fellow for USC’s Center of Excellence in Teaching, a research assistant for the KXSC Radio Show, “WAM! Western Arts and Music”, and a Recruitment Manager for the Greatest Marching Band in the History of the Universe, the Spirit of Troy. This summer, Daniel interned at the Digital Marketing Firm, Silicon Drive, where he worked on brand development, social media marketing and market research. His highlight during this time was working with musician John Mayer’s new band, “Dead and Co.”. Daniel hopes to further pursue a future in marketing.
